Taking a stamp from the letter box we found.
Aunt Crystal informed us about "Letter Boxing". People have left clues on the internet that lead to boxes with rubber stamps in them. You get to take a stamp of theirs in trade for a stamp of your own. Here is Libbie with the letter box we found at Dead Horse Point.

Look at all that water. I can't believe it.

It looked like that was so much fun. I am so jealous. If you are not careful you just might convince me I need to move back to Utah just to hang out with the Cardons. They are awesome!
i've been to arches about 30 times, but never in the rain. it might be kind of fun, although i'm not sure i'd purposely plan that. i'm glad it wasn't a bust.
I just had to comment. A while back I found an article about letterboxing in Family Fun magazine. Yesterday that was what we did for Activity Day (my new job). The last clue and stamp led us to our Halloween necklaces to make back at the church. I really didn't know how common this activity was. Enjoyed your cute pictures! The chicken enchiladas were delicious by the way.
