Easter 2016

Our neighborhood egg hunt is turning into a fun tradition. Here's Claire with her buddy.
 Too much candy.

Dyeing eggs. Another fun tradition. Why do the pellets for the dye never look like the actual color they will become when water's added though? It catches me off-guard every year.

 Egg wars.  It's vicious.

Spontaneous sibling love at the annual running fundraiser.
Our Easter party at Grandma's.  Only about 1,000 eggs filled with candy this year.  She really slacked off :)

 Loved Libbie's action shot!

Such a cute pair.  Miss Annie and Claire.
 Another cute pair...Nathan and Courtney.
Grandma also gave all the kids bubbles.  They were a hit!
 See Molly the Bubble Girl?

We had 8 AM church this year and Dad had ward council meetings after church.  That means our kids had to practice patience for several hours until it was time to find their baskets.  The Easter Bunny left quite the tricky scavenger hunt for them to do.

 Easter Sunday snooze.
 Easter duds.
After a snooze and some prep cooking, we headed to Caleb's and Marci's for a ham dinner and yet another hunt.  See?  Too much candy!

Uncle Caleb is always a sport to humor these boys' and their constant heckling to throw them around and wrestle them.

I'm liking this dirty tablecloth idea. What kind of material is it made out of? Do you wash it or no? Seems perfect to just keep pulling it out for all the messy projects. Looks like a great Easter. Why do Caleb and Wyatt have safety vests on? Hahaha
