Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas this year. We were able to spend a day or so at my moms. We played games, ate good food, and visited until Christmas Eve night when we headed home for the main event. The kids were so cute this year. Everyone acted nice and loved what they received...even Claire. You see, at around age 3 it seems all our other kids have been so grumpy on Christmas morning and could really care less about anthing at all. So we were pleasantly surprised that Claire was happy the whole way through present opening and saved her orneriness for later that morning.

Jaren didn't ask for anything this year. Santa guessed he would like this cute pot full of food. Truth is, just like any other baby, Jaren much prefers ribbon, or boxes, or wrapping paper to any present.

Claire asked Santa for a baby for Christmas. She is loving it.

Mia has been doing hair for 5 days straight. Santa brought her a barbie head with a caboodle full of hair stuff. Yes, they still make caboodles. Awesome!

Libbie asked for a functioning Lego train from Santa but got this cool wii tablet instead. She didn't even complain.

From Santa, Mallory wanted a giant unicorn chair and a unicorn pillow pet. Santa did not disappoint. Today Libbie was getting so mad at her for lugging the thing around everywhere she goes. Ha ha. I love that she loves her unicorn soooo much.

The girls giving 2 thumbs up for their new pjs.

Jaren would be happy to chew on a dirty shoe.

Hanging out with Grandma J at her house. Fun stuff.

I had no idea that caboodles were still being made! How cool is that?! I remember getting one for Christmas when I was in Jr. High!
